JOB PURPOSE:

Check and make sure that customers process payments on time; no overdue outstanding

WORK RELATIONSHIP

Internal: All departments, Share Service Center

External: Customers, Banks, Vendors

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Refund Process for Container Deposit, Excess Payment:

Full process of Refund

Checking Customer Documents

Checking with related departments.

Communicate with customers.

Preparing the document for refunding.

Follow the full refund process and communicated with Share Center Service in India.

Filing documents.

Container Deposit Update

Check the Bank statement & compare it with tariff

Prepare the file for Updating Container Deposit in Accounting system.

Daily Communicating with Customers/ Related Departments: Phone Call/ Email

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Fresh graduate/ working experience in the similar position in the shipping or freight forwarder company.

Bachelor’s degree, major in Accounting, Finance, Foreign Trade, Export-Import ...

Able to communicate with colleagues

interpersonal skill, persuasion skill, Enthusiasm, open, dynamic, customer minded, fast learner.

Good communication in English in writing

Good computer skills & MS Office.
