1. PURPOSE

The job holder will manage and monitor the financial and fiscal activities of the entity cluster (Vietnam and Cambodia) and supervise the Internal Control.

2. WORK RELATIONSHIP

Internal: All departments within countries; Head Office (HO); Asian Regional Office (ARO).
External: Customers, Banks, Vendors, Auditors…

3. RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure accounting and financial information are accurate, reliable and compliant with local rules and Group financial processes and procedures (IFRS, etc.) in coordination with FiCOM/GBS.
Assure the application of Group financial rules and procedures (customer collection, treasury, working capital, financing).
Build the budget with the Management of the entity and ensure its monitoring and as business partner support the Management in all development and optimization projects of the entity/ies.
Serve as a reference for local authorities in his scope of responsibilities: financial institutions, legal auditors (and other external bodies) and for Group internal departments.
Propose, implement, monitor all necessary actions to reach performance targets (KPI) set up by the Group and contribute to the optimization of financial processes.
Assure the appropriation and the correct application of internal control rules and warn the General Manager as well as Group Finance Department (Financial control Department) and Fraud department of any fraud and/or compliance issue).

4. QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance.
Minimum 10 years working experience with the same position in the MNCs.
Financial accounting and financial management reporting.

Knowledge of process, law and commerce.
People management, holding team’s accountability, coaching skill, building effective team, share vision, motivating others.
Analytical skill, Leading change, Positive toward changes, Proactive, Dynamic, Problem-solving skills.
Fluent in both Vietnamese and English as you would be dealing with local authorities and working in an internationally diverse workplace.
Skill at PowerPoint, Microsoft offices, and other office applications.
