Human Resources Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of assigned HR processes.
- Propose and implement tools or methodologies to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate and support Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Development Plans, and Succession Planning in alignment with the global HR calendar.
- Identify training needs and prepare annual learning & development programs; oversee internal and external training initiatives, including the management of internal trainers.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and leaders, contributing to leadership development across the organization
- Lead or support job analysis and workforce planning efforts,
- Prepare and monitor the annual HR budget related to assigned processes.
- Act as a strategic partner in recruitment and offboarding processes; ensure legal compliance in all HR practices.
- Drive initiatives that enhance internal communication and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in planning and communicating organizational restructuring processes when necessary.
- Contribute to HR team objectives and collaborate on cross-functional HR projects
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, psychology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a strong plus,
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in multinational or matrix organizations,
- Strong business acumen with strategic thinking and analytical capabilities,
- Proven agility in adapting to change, managing complexity, and navigating ambiguity,
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through,
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a structured and hands-on approach,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels,
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced in HRIS systems (preferably SuccessFactors),
- Coaching certification is a strong plus, particularly in the context of talent development and leadership support,
- Fluency in written & verbal English is a must (part of the interview will take place in English),
- Able to work in the office 4 days per week (hybrid) in Istanbul.
