Sales Manager (Special Cargo)

Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial development of Reefer, OOG, and Breakbulk products within assigned market segments.
- Manage and grow a diverse customer portfolio by offering value‑driven and technically sound logistic solutions.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitors, and customer needs to shape pricing strategies and commercial actions.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, ensuring profitability, accuracy, and compliance with operational requirements.
- Work closely with trade, pricing, equipment, and operations teams to deliver seamless end‑to‑end service.
- Provide technical guidance to customers regarding special equipment, handling requirements, and feasibility.
- Analyze performance KPIs and deliver clear, timely reporting to management.
- Represent CMA CGM at customer visits, business reviews, industry events, and commercial initiatives.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Reefer or Special Cargo sales, preferably within a global shipping line or logistics provider.
- Strong understanding of OOG & Breakbulk requirements, specialized equipment, and operational constraints.
- Proven commercial acumen with a track record of managing strategic accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM or sales automation tools preferred.
- A proactive, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (part of the interview will be conducted in English)
