Job Overview:
Tracking and Monitoring container movements of CMA Group Lines, coordinating with Empty depot and Terminals
Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking and EDI Management
Liaise with depots/terminals on EDI connections
Follow up Equipment tracking performance & Quality
- Stock Management
Analyze and manage stocks (Track and monitor idle empty)
Consolidate and provide report for equipment forecasts & availability
Organize empty repositioning
Release equipment
Redeliver equipment
Coordinate container on hire / off hire / sublease / sales
Manage Reuse / Street turn
Manage Seal Stock
Implement pick up drop off policy and invoicing
Manage Container Sales
- Idle Empty / Full Management
Deliver accurate data & report to Customer Care Idle team for long idle full (>21 Days)
Assign an idle Focal Point within Logistics team
Define solutions with all parties (Legal, HO Teams, Customer, Customer Care, Terminal, Customs, suppliers…)
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or logistics, preferably within the shipping, logistics, or transportation industry.
Strong knowledge of shipping, logistics, transport services, port/ country regulations, legal and customs regulations and market practice.
- Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Fluency in English is a plus.
