Position Summary:

The Service Delivery Professional is responsible for managing import documentation processes and ensuring smooth coordination of customs manifestation and cargo release activities. The role supports efficient service delivery by maintaining documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction within the shipping operations environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process import manifest documentation in compliance with local customs regulations and shipping procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage customs declarations, where applicable and not transferred to GBS.
  • Monitor and manage the Dashboard daily, including delivery address verification and updates.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipping documentation and customer requests.
  • Liaise with internal departments, customs authorities, transporters, and customers to resolve documentation-related issues.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, shipping regulations, and operational standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping Management, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in shipping documentation, logistics, freight forwarding, or customer service within the shipping industry.
  • Sound understanding of import documentation procedures, customs manifestation, Bills of Lading, Delivery Orders, and cargo release processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with shipping documentation systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks within strict deadlines.
