YOUR ROLE

Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Dartford, supporting a global leader in the luxury consumer retail industry.

This prestigious customer requires the highest standards of operational excellence, attention to detail, and service quality – and we’re looking for a supervisor who shares these values.

This is a Monday – Friday role working a shift rotation. Subject to change in peak periods.

Week 1 6:30am – 3pm

Week 2 9:30am – 6pm

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Leading, motivating, and developing a team of operatives to deliver high performance.
• Ensuring accurate handling, storage, and movement of high-value stock.
• Driving compliance with health & safety standards and company policies.
• Monitoring KPIs and working closely with management to achieve service excellence.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimise warehouse efficiency.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• A hands-on approach with excellent organisational abilities.
• Experience working with high-value products or within a customer-focused operation (desirable).
• Commitment to accuracy, quality, and safety at all times.
