MISSION
Under the responsability of the General manager, the IT professional will be in charge of  the entire agencys network and IT infranstructure, ensuring compliance with groupe procedures regarding the proper functioning and security of the IT système and providing server maintenance, manage IP telephony, handle daily workstation management, and resolve application-related issues.
 
RESPONSABILITIES
In charge of the network system and IT infrastructure for three CMA CGM offices in the Democratic Republic of Congo, your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing the agency's IT system in accordance with CMA CGM IT policies; 
- Ensuring the proper functioning of all the agency's IT tools;
- Developing a network user charter adapted to the local context;
- Assisting, advising, and training all agency users on the tools available to them;
- Configuring the network settings of the various workstations;
- Verifying network settings and diagnosing related issues; 
- Managing network incidents with the support of Global Support or the IT Department;
- Ensuring the maintenance and monitoring of the IT infrastructure (servers, network equipment, UPS systems, air conditioning);
- Planning and organizing network resources, hardware, and software;
- Monitoring all IT-related service contracts and orders (Internet contract, network maintenance contract, copier, printer, and scanner contracts, etc.);
- Participating in the development of the IT budget in collaboration with the finance department;
- Performing any other related tasks within the IT department, as requested by the General Manager and the IT departement (RO); 
- Informing the General Manager and the IT Regional manager of any anomalies or problems encountered in the local IT activities; 
 
A thorough knowledge of network software and fluency in English, are essential for this position.
