We at CMA CGM Lithuania are now looking for an IT Specialist to join our team.

Your role

As an IT Specialist, you will have a big impact on the daily work life of our CMA CGM employees. You will provide 1st and 2nd line IT support either face-to-face or remotely. This is a fixed term, full-time position. You will support and report to our Club IT Manager in Klaipeda. Together you will form a small IT team covering all our Baltic Club countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland). Here’s how your future manager describes what is important in building your team:

What are you going to do?

You will work with versatile tasks related to local IT administration. For example, you will:

  • Provide Helpdesk service to users (i.e. for system or network related issues)
  • Manage IT hardware and software, installation and running
  • Support all CMA CGM applications and key anti-virus software
  • Provide Active Directory support

Your role will also include analysing, documentation and reporting tasks. As your role covers all Baltic countries, travel within the Baltic Club is expected. Salary range for this role is 1800-2100 euros/month gross.

 

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate for this role has:

  • Suitable degree from a relevant field (e.g. information technology)
  • Some experience from an IT administration role: with us you will have a chance to learn and grow, but we hope that you have some familiarity with the field and daily tasks (e.g. working with IT ticketing system)
  • Some experience working with Windows ecosystem and Active Directory
  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Good customer service skills
  • Fluency in English to communicate with all our staff members. Fluency in Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian or Finnish is seen as an advantage.
