Job Summary 

Responsible for overseeing the company’s compliance strategy and ensures all operations meet legal, regulatory, and internal standards. Key of contact for customs, authorities, and senior management on compliance matters. 

Job Responsibilities

• Provide overview report for the idle situation for Malaysia / Singapore.
• Negotiation with customer on the Idle unit.
• Status update / communication with stakeholders on Idle units.
• Monitor performance regularly, offering feedback and support to ensure goals are met.
• Ensure compliance by making sure internal policies and legal regulations are consistently followed.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to spot and address compliance issues early.
• Follow up on actions from audit findings to ensure they’re resolved.
• Attend monthly meetings with customs officers to discuss late manifest.
• Negotiate with customs on penalties and discuss new requirements.
