YOUR ROLE
At Group level, the department drives the structuring and harmonization of compensation and benefits policies, setting common standards and ensuring their deployment across business units to enhance CMA CGM’s consistency and performance.
Within the Group Compensation & Benefits Department, you will work closely with the Group Benefits Director on the design, management, and deployment of Social Benefits policies.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Management and Monitoring of Programs
- You contribute to the monitoring of insurance, health, retirement, and other social benefits plans
- You analyze management KPIs (claims, costs, service quality, processing times
- You prepare reporting materials for internal committees (HR, Finance, Management)
- Group Projects
- You participate in structuring and harmonizing benefits internationally
- You contribute to insurer/administrator tender projects (data analysis, decision-making support)
- Partner Relations (insurers, brokers, administrators)
- You will support the operational monitoring of external partners
- You have to analyze received reports and identify key points of attention
- You will participate in the preparation of steering committees and meeting minutes
- Communication & Employee Experience
- You contribute to the promotion of social benefits (educational materials, HR notes, FAQs)
- You will assist in clarifying benefits for local HR teams
- You help improve the employee experience on benefits-related topics
- Monitoring & Analysis
- You are monitoring social and insurance developments (regulatory changes, market practices)
- You contribute to impact analyses (costs, risks, employer attractiveness)
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in HR/Social Protection/Actuarial
- You demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills
- You are comfortable with numerical data (proficiency in Excel is essential),
- You have good writing skills (in both French and English)
- You are detail-oriented and reliable, curious, service-oriented and team player
- You have the ability to thrive in an international and matrixed environment
