YOUR ROLE

 

Ensure the processing and document management of operational files from opening through archiving, in order to guarantee regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and service quality.

 

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Ensure the physical opening and creation of operational files in CargoWise (CW).
  • Verify the compliance and completeness of received shipping documents.
  • Prepare and issue arrival notices to customers.
  • Prepare and process Import Declaration Forms (FDI) and Foreign Exchange Authorizations.
  • Prepare RFCVs (Final Classification and Value Reports).
  • Issue insurance certificates for shipments requiring coverage.
  • File and archive documents in accordance with company standards.
  • Prepare and update periodic reports and document tracking dashboards.

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

BAC+2 in Transport and Logistics.

 

EXPERIENCE:

2 and 3 years in Transit and Logistics

 

 

SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Excellent knowledge of customs clearance procedures as well as customs legislation and techniques;
  • Thorough understanding of customs law, tax procedures, and international business law;
  • Strong organizational and management skills;
  • High level of rigor in preparing customs documentation;
  • Excellent command of office and IT tools;
  • Ability to handle deadline-related stress;
  • English
