IT Management Manager Philippines

In this role, you will be reporting to the General Manager of Philippines based in Manila and with a functional reporting into the Head of IT for SEA based in Singapore.
As a Country IT Manager in the CMA CGM Group, you will lead the development and implementation of IT strategies and projects in alignment with our company's mission. Your role will involve overseeing innovative initiatives, problem-solving, and collaboration with business stakeholders, regional and global team members.

Main Responsibilities:
- To be the primary point of contact and act as trusted advisor for business leaders, department heads, and stakeholders, understanding their requirements and translating them into IT initiatives and projects focusing on value creations.
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for automation and provide technology guidance on implementing automation solutions.
- Responsible to lead a team of IT staff to manage the overall IT operations for the CMA CGM offices in Philippines, ensuring smooth functioning of local applications, systems and infrastructures.
- Plan and manage IT budgets, including CAPEX and OPEX, to ensure cost-effective allocation of resources and investment in technology infrastructure.
- Establish, maintain and align to global IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance, risk management, and efficient IT operations.
- Collaborate with respective stakeholders in providing IT solutions which could enable our business competitive advantage in the commercial front.
- Oversee IT maintenance and operational activities to ensure optimal performance, security, and
- reliability. To meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT operations, service delivery, and user satisfaction, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and mitigate risks to business operations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the IT organization, encouraging innovation, efficiency, and excellence in service delivery.
- Oversee all Philippines sites and manages supplier activities related to the delivery and support of process and IT operations.
- In partnership with Regional Services groups within APAC, make recommendations and drive decisions and strategies which will have a direct impact on the enablement of regional technologies in Philippines.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in IT management or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing IT team and leading in managing operations, preferably in a multi-country environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and suggest automation solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- English and Thai: High proficiency in speaking, writing and reading.
- Ability to travel within Philippines or other countries as needed.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
