THE ROLE
The AI Division supports the transformation of the CMA CGM Group by defining and driving the Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy across all its activities.
In a context of strong project growth and increasing strategic partnerships, the role of Change Leader is to drive AI-related change management across the organization, supporting employees and ensuring successful adoption during the deployment of AI solutions.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
1. AI Change Management Leadership
Lead AI change management across the Group by defining the strategy and governance framework
Mobilize key stakeholders (project managers, IT teams, business change actors, etc.) and coordinate change initiatives
Ensure alignment and consistency across all AI-related transformation efforts
2. AI Awareness & Acculturation Program
Design and lead a Group-wide AI awareness program:
Build and animate a network of AI ambassadors across all business units and geographies
Drive internal communication on AI topics (intranet, targeted communications, campaigns)
Contribute to internal and external speaking engagements on AI
Coordinate AI training needs and content with the Learning (HR) department
3. Change Management for AI Solutions
Design and execute change management programs for AI solutions being deployed or already in production
Oversee the creation of communication and training materials
Facilitate workshops and ensure coordination between stakeholders and partners
4. Adoption & Value Tracking
Define and monitor key success indicators related to adoption and value creation of AI solutions
Set up centralized tracking (KPIs, dashboards, reporting tools)
Analyze user feedback and performance data to influence the evolution of AI solutions
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of experience in change management, ideally within AI, digital, or IT transformation programs
Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives in international environments
AI & Digital Understanding
Solid understanding of AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, generative AI, automation use cases) and their business applications
Ability to translate technical topics into clear, business-oriented messages for non-expert audiences
Change Management Expertise
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training design, adoption tracking)
Experience in large-scale transformation programs with multiple stakeholders
Communication & Influence
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
Experience in building and leading communities (e.g., ambassador networks)
Project & Stakeholder Management
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across functions and geographies
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
