Apprenticeship - Assistant Project Foundation

YOUR ROLE

 

The CMA CGM Foundation, chaired by Tanya Saadé Zeenny, was established in 2005 around two core priorities: humanitarian action and access to education. It embodies the values of solidarity and family commitment of the CMA CGM Group, a world leader in transport and logistics, and translates them into concrete actions across the globe.

 

As Partnerships Officer, you are at the heart of the Foundation's impact strategy. You identify, structure and manage high-potential partnerships, ensuring their alignment with the Foundation's values and missions. You play a direct role in expanding its influence, both in France and internationally.

 

To date, the Foundation has delivered 63,000 tonnes of humanitarian aid to 97 countries, supported over 550 educational projects in France, Lebanon and around the world, and accompanied 55 entrepreneurs through its social incubator, Le Phare.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

 

Your responsibilities are as follows:

 

  • Monitoring & sourcing — Conduct active strategic monitoring, identify new partnership opportunities and handle incoming requests.
  • Analysis & selection — Assess potential projects and partnerships (risks, opportunities, feasibility), meet with project leads and define the concrete terms of collaboration (budget, action plan, monitoring, reporting).
  • Contracting — Draft and manage partnership agreements, including any amendments and renewals.
  • Monitoring & evaluation — Oversee partner relationships, support the implementation of agreed projects and evaluate their impact.
  • Reporting — Produce summary briefs and key messages for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communications — Contribute to showcasing projects across the Foundation's communication channels: social media, website, annual activity report.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

In master’s degree in political science, international relations, project management, you have initial experience in the non-profit, philanthropic sector or in partnership management.

 

You are skilled in project engineering and management, with the ability to handle multiple files simultaneously with rigor and autonomy. Comfortable in an international and multicultural environment, you have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

 

With a strong sense of interpersonal skills, you can represent an organization professionally and bring people together around its values. Organized, curious and proactive, you are driven by a genuine desire to contribute to projects with real-world impact.
