YOUR ROLE

As part of the Specialized Customer Service department, you will join a team of 3 people.
Your role is central: you oversee the monitoring and validation of sensitive bookings, ensuring strict compliance with international and local regulations. You are in constant contact with the entire logistics chain — local agents, shipping lines, ship managers, vessel owners, terminals — and actively contribute to securing high-stakes operations for the Group.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • You monitor and validate military and explosive cargo bookings: checking regulations, collecting required documentation, and obtaining loading/discharge approvals from vessel owners, ship managers, and local authorities
  • You create and maintain product sheets for local agents to standardize procedures and efficiently address their queries
  • You take part in webinars with local agents and keep port restriction files up to date, ensuring the team always has reliable operational information
  • You manage a high volume of Excel files (multi-booking tracking, multiple stakeholders) and communicate daily in English with contacts worldwide, including our GBS team based in India

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You are currently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • You are proficient in Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP… Prior internship experience using these tools is a strong plus
  • You have a good level of English, both spoken and written
  • You are curious, organized and resilient: you can juggle multiple priorities, track many files at once and push to get the answers you need
  • You are comfortable picking up the phone, following up and escalating when needed: a proactive mindset is key in this role
