Apprenticeship - Department Expense & Invoicing

YOUR ROLE 

 

You are responsible for monitoring, recording, and tracking the department’s expenses, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with payment deadlines.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? 

 

  • Register supplier invoices in DIGIDOC

  • Maintain and update an expense tracking file (Excel), consolidating all departmental expenses retrieved from DIGIDOC and CMONA, in close collaboration with your tutor

  • Ensure supplier payment deadlines are met and follow up on outstanding payments, in direct liaison with the Accounting department

  • Retrieve corporate credit card data from C&GO and record transactions in the expense tracking file

  • Register work-related quotations in CMONA, working alongside your tutor


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

 

  • Degree or ongoing studies in Accounting or Finance. 

  • Strong proficiency in IT and office tools, with a solid command of Excel. 

  • Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities. 

  • Open-minded, proactive, and with good interpersonal communication skills. 

  • Operational level of English (written and spoken).
