Apprenticeship - Detention & Demurrage Tender Officer (M/F)

YOUR ROLE 

Within the Commercial Department of CMA CGM and the Detention & Demurrage (D&D) Tender team, you will contribute to the definition and evolution of tender contracts for key accounts: 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? 

• D&D analysis and integration: Analyze customer needs and regulatory requirements for Global Accounts offers
• Coordination and validation: Validate proposals with management and integrate D&D data to ensure compliant invoicing
• Contract maintenance: Update customer contracts and data for the Global Accounts commercial team and agencies
• Interface role: Act as a liaison between agencies and departments to ensure the proper application of contractual terms
• Performance monitoring: Track customer KPIs and capitalize on data for future tenders

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

• You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Master 1 or Master 2) in International Business, Marketing, or Management from a Business School (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, etc.) or a specialized Master’s program in Business or Commerce
• You are fully proficient in English, both written and spoken, and possess strong interpersonal skills
• You are experienced in commercial negotiations and comfortable using IT and office tools, particularly Excel at an advanced level
• You are results-oriented
• You demonstrate rigor, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
• You have strong communication, assertiveness, analytical, and synthesis skills
• Service-oriented, you enjoy teamwork and have excellent relationship-building abilities
