Apprenticeship - Junior HRBP

YOUR ROLE

 

Within the Human Resources Department, you will join the HR team responsible for the Asset perimeter within the Shipping Division of CMA CGM. You will support the HRBPs in their respective areas and contribute to the successful implementation of the HR strategy. 

 

As a human resources apprentice, you will support the HRBPs in the perimeter and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, as well as the operational implementation of the Group's HR policy.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Recruitment: You will participate in the recruitment process, coordinate interviews, and follow up on administrative tasks until the integration of new employees, interfacing with the Talent Acquisition department and the Onboarding Desk.
  • Employee Follow-up: You will ensure the follow-up of interns and apprentices within the perimeter
  • Administrative Management: You will assist in managing personnel files, updating HR databases, and preparing administrative documents. You will interface with the Personnel Administration services on contractual and payroll aspects, and with the Internal Academy for professional training
  • HR Campaigns: You will participate in the successful implementation of performance, people review, and salary review campaigns
  • HR Projects: You will contribute to the deployment of various HR projects, such as improving internal processes and implementing new initiatives like Talent programs

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

 

  • You are currently pursuing a Business School degree or equivalent with a specialization in human resources
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are fluent in French and English, both written and oral
  • You have strong organization, and time management skills
  • You are proficienct using computer tools, especially Excel
