Apprenticeship - Junior HRBP

YOUR ROLE 

 

Join an HR team at the heart of CMA-CGM’s transformation and growth! Within a dynamic and demanding international environment, our HR department supports a population of over 1,000 employees based at the Group’s Headquarters in Marseille. Made up of 5 Senior HRBPs, the team plays a key role in employee development, managing business transformations, and implementing an ambitious growth strategy.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • You will assist in the development and implementation of the HR strategy for the Business Shipping scope (Lines and GEN), supporting a team of 5 HRBPs
  • You will support the HRBPs with their operational requests
  • You animate and monitor the intern/apprentice community to ensure their proper integration and well-being within the company
  • You participate in conducting transversal HR projects (Training Plan, Group Job Referential, engagement, onboarding, etc.)
  • You will take charge of HR monitoring activities for the team, ensure the tracking of a monthly dashboard presenting key performance indicators, and be able to provide analysis on these performance indicators

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • You are pursuing a Bac+3/4/5 degree in HR (3rd year Bachelor or Master 1 or Master 2)
  • Ideally, you already have operational HR experience (e.g., HR generalist, recruitment, training, labor law, social management control, etc.), including internships
  • You have proficiency in Excel
  • You have knowledge of labor law
  • Experience using HRIS (SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.) is a plus
  • You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken
  • You have good interpersonal skills, are reactive, have a customer service mindset, and demonstrate resilience, proactivity, and creativity
