YOUR ROLE 

Within the Production Owners team, you are at the heart of innovation. Your mission is to transform practices by integrating generative AI to automate tasks and optimize the management of vision, roadmap, and product backlog, making teams more efficient and agile. You will also contribute to business initiatives aimed at transforming customer relationships by supporting Product Owners in defining, testing, and monitoring AI features. You act as a bridge between technical aspects and practical applications to establish sustainable practices within a large organization. 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• You will design and develop specialized AI agents, and optimize complex prompts (including chain-of-thought, RAG, etc.) to support real-life product use cases.
• You will lead training sessions, create user guides, and help simplify AI concepts for users with different levels of expertise, mainly within digital product teams.
• You will contribute to innovation and continuous improvement by conducting research, testing new tools (proofs of concept), and documenting best practices to ensure high standards of quality.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree or Engineering School (AI, Data, Innovation) and have a strong interest in change management.
• You have a strong proficiency in prompt engineering and a good understanding of the LLM ecosystem. 
• Your knowledge of Python, APIs or agent frameworks would be a plus.
• You demonstrate an excellent ability to simplify complex concepts, along with strong listening skills, initiative and rigor.
• Your interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• You are fluent in both French and English (mandatory).
