Assistant Project Manager IT Apprentice

YOUR ROLE

 

Digital transformation is at the heart of CMA CGM Group's strategy. Every day, our IT teams drive large-scale technology projects that support one of the world's largest transport and logistics groups.

 

As part of our organisational transformation, we are shifting some of our activities towards service centres. This involves a reorganisation of processes, responsibilities and ways of working with our business teams and partners.

 

To support this dynamic, we are looking for a Work-Study Assistant Project Manager who will contribute to project management and support teams through this change.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

 

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be involved in the following tasks:

 

  • Planning and monitoring projects (schedules, dashboards, indicators, meeting minutes)
  • Mapping existing processes and defining new processes related to the transition to service centres
  • Formalising procedures and operating methods
  • Coordinating activity transfers with internal teams and service centres
  • Supporting teams in adopting new tools and processes
  • Preparing communication and training materials
  • Gathering user feedback and proposing improvements
  • Setting up and monitoring performance indicators (quality, deadlines, costs, satisfaction)
  • Regular reporting to the Project Manager and stakeholders

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Required:

  • Bachelor's to Master's degree (Bac+4 to Bac+5) in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Organisation / Quality, or a Business / Engineering school
  • Strong interest in project management, organisational transformation, service centres and change management
  • Proficiency in office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, etc.)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Rigorous, analytical mindset with strong organisational and planning skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative team spirit

 

Desirable:

  • Interest in the use of artificial intelligence in a professional context
  • Curiosity, proactivity and a strong desire to contribute in a transformational environment
