YOUR ROLE

 

Logistics cost control team is looking for a motivated and objectives-oriented team member to get involved in tool development and improvement projects, Logistics costs audit mission and much more, over a worldwide scope! This job is a good opportunity to develop your business ‘technical’ knowledge along as taking advantage of your logical thinking and analytical skills. Your Excel skills and databases knowledge will be top assets to our team, in order to develop an optimized Logistics costs monitoring.

WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO?

 

Within the Logistics cost control team, you are responsible for the following tasks:

 

  • OPEX monitoring: identify and analyze costs drifts through OPEX periodic reporting or spot audit request: raise alerts, define an action plan for costs optimization and follow up on the implementation, with the Agency network worldwide, Regional Offices and Head office.
  • Cost savings budget: follow up on cost savings initiatives by engaging with actions’ owners in RO/ Agency Network, support in promoting best practices across all players
  • Help to set up automatized monitoring tools to improve visibility on costs performance and support on Logistics KPIs follow up sourced through operational and financial databases.
  • Various added value spot missions upon Management needs

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR? 

 

  • You graduated or are currently enrolled (+3y) in a Finance, Logistic or transport diploma.
  • You have already, if possible, 2 years of practical experience, previous auditing experience is a plus.
  • Strong English level and advanced excel skills are required for this job.
  • You are problem-solving oriented, good writing and synthesis aptitudes, autonomous with interpersonal skills. You are open minded and likes working with multiple cultures.
