This job is a 4 months fixed-term contract.
THE ROLE
You integrate the Infrastructure Procurement team to strengthen the impact of the Purchasing Department.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
- Managing supplier qualification processes and regularly updating supplier risk assessments (compliance, CSR, financial risk) through the Catalyst Supply Chain platform, in coordination with the internal Compliance and Group Procurement teams.
- Supporting the management of supplier tenders (RFI, RFP) for Infrastructure CAPEX projects (marine works, roads, dry and wet utilities, civil engineering, engineering services, and studies).
- Preparing teasers for potential tender candidates.
- Contributing to the analysis of commercial and contractual proposals, in coordination with project, technical, and legal teams.
- Participating in contract negotiations and the award process.
- Drafting procurement recommendations.
- Monitoring contract execution (amendments, claims, supplier performance).
- Ensuring compliance with CMA CGM Group Procurement, Compliance, Ethics, and QHSE procedures.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- Master degree in Procurement / Supply Chain.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- First experiences in procurement department in a worldwide environment.
- Fluent English mandatory.
