Already equipped with a fleet of 6x long-haul aircraft (4x A330-200F and 2x B777F), CMA CGM AIR CARGO is on an ambitious mission to continue to grow its current fleet with the acquisition of new freighters. 

CMA CGM AIR CARGO has already confirmed orders for 4x Airbus A350 freighters and will become the world’s first airline to launch and operate this state of the art cargo aircraft.  



Within a fast-growing cargo airline and in a dynamic environment, under the supervision of the Post Holder crew training, you will be responsible for: 

  • To develop training programs, ensure their follow-up and the updating of training documents;  

  • To schedule and organize the training of the flight crew in accordance with the planning constraints and the regulatory goals in connection with the crew planning department; 

  • To facilitate the activity of the instructors in the execution of their missions of instruction; 

  • To participate in the regulatory watch on the evolution of national and European legislation on crew training and ensure a benchmark of solutions to improve the productivity of crew training; 

  • To participate in the development and updating of the operations manual and crew training programs and methods; 

  • To participate in the selection and onboarding process of our pilots; 

  • To ensure compliance and follow-up of the documents required for the regulatory training file for flight and ground staff; 

  • Reporting on the needs and achievements in terms of regulatory training in conjunction with the Human Resources Department and the Academy. 



  • First experience in training engineering;  

  • Experience in an airline is highly recommended; 

  • Good knowledge of the pack office;  

  • Fluent english;  

  • Rigor, autonomy, adaptability and reactivity;
