Your Role:

As a Technical Expert, you support the Technical Director in the strategic and operational management of all activities related to the maintenance, operation, and optimization of the Tower and its annex technical installations.

You ensure performance, regulatory compliance, and long-term sustainability of the equipment, while maintaining cost control and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? 

• Coordinate maintenance services for the Tower and annex facilities
• Manage maintenance schedules
• Organize periodic and regulatory inspections
• Monitor energy consumption and propose improvement initiatives
• Conduct technical inspections and report findings in the CMMS system
• Supervise external contractors (Dalkia / Schindler)
• Lead steering committees (COPIL) and provide clear synthesis of key actions and decisions
• Develop a multi-year investment plan
• Monitor and control the maintenance budget

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, high and low voltage electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical systems
• Project and/or works management
• Ability to conduct technical analyses across multiple disciplines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Functional team management in the absence of the Technical Director
