THE ROLE
You manage data collection for CMA CGM SSE Department.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
• Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations;
• Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies;
• Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis;
• Use all the QSSE databases
• Perform all department internal and external QSSE reporting, including:
- Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan and monitoring plan
- Monitoring Reporting and Verification and DCS (Data Collection system)
- Environmental Ship Index
• Ensure the collection of needs for the QSSE department in terms of performance indicators;
• Ensure the creation and production of dashboards according to QSSE department needs;
• Be the CMA CGM Marine QSSE users’ point of contact for support and training for reporting tools;
• Respect delays required for all reports, data requests. Minimum qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
• Engineering Degree
• Fluent English
• BI/IT languages (Qliktech, SQL…) Experience
• Databases management’s knowledge
• Previous experience in shipping industry or QHSE Management preferred
• Rigor, Autonomy, team spirit
