Global Finance Generalist Manager - CMA Terminals M/F

 

CMA Terminals is a port operator used to develop, design, build, own and operate terminals and dry docks. CMA Terminals welcomes CMA CGM lines but also invites all shipping companies to develop terminals and offer a top quality service.

 

 

 

YOUR ROLE 

 

Ensure the operational financial management of a network of 60 port assets and oversee business tools (reporting, BI, data). Lead the network of terminal CFOs, ensure data reliability, support decision-making, and manage a team of 5 people.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? 

 

Financial Steering

  • Produce and analyze monthly and annual reporting
  • Monitor performance: revenues, costs, margins, OPEX, and cost-saving plans
  • Ensure reliability of statutory and management accounts, and compliance with accounting standards in coordination with Corporate Finance
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses
  • Develop a cross-portfolio financial view
  • Monitor investments and ensure proper financial modeling
  • Ensure compliance with Group processes

Management

  • Manage and develop a team of 5
  • Set priorities, develop team capabilities, and lead the local finance network

Tools & Data

  • Oversee reporting and BI tools and contribute to their improvement
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability
  • Develop and standardize dashboards and KPIs

Operations Support

  • Provide financial analysis to support Asset Directors in collaboration with asset monitoring teams
  • Participate in performance reviews and investment projects

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance
  • 7–12 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or audit
  • Experience in team management and multi-site environments
  • Strong financial analysis, financial control, and management accounting skills
  • Proficiency in BI and ERP tools
  • Leadership, rigor, and ability to simplify complex data
  • Strong interpersonal skills and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to senior management
  • Accuracy and timeliness of reporting
