Global Human Resources Partner Senior Specialist (M/F)

MISSION
Within the Human Resources Department, you anticipate, identify, and support organizational developments across your scope of responsibility, ensuring the deployment of the Group’s HR policy while acting as a true strategic partner.
As a strategic and operational partner, you are the key point of contact for managers and employees within your perimeter.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

Fully integrated and recognized within your area, you provide advice and support to top management, line managers, and employees on all HR and organizational matters.

As such, you act as a proactive business partner, contributing ideas and supporting the implementation of key HR initiatives and structural projects.

As the HR strategy ambassador and value creator for your stakeholders, you lead the operational rollout of the Group’s HR policy across the departments under your responsibility.

You support employees in their individual development and career progression within the Group.

You act as an interface with the various specialized HR functions, such as Recruitment, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Labor Relations.

You also contribute to transversal HR projects driven by the Human Resources Department.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
-
At least 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.

Experience in an international, multicultural, and demanding environment.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Proven ability to lead high-impact, structural HR projects (e.g. workforce planning, organizational design, etc.).

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.

Strong responsiveness, initiative, and analytical mindset.
