MISSION
Within the Shipping Academy, you act as the primary point of contact for Assests departments network. You support them in defining current skill development needs and anticipating future ones in the context of ongoing transformations.
You propose tailored training solutions and, when necessary, develop innovative individual and collective learning solutions on technical skills within your scope, with the support of instructional designers. You may also deliver some of these solutions depending on your expertise.
You work closely with the different Learning teams (Deployment, Factory, and Digital Learning) to design and implement these solutions.
WHAT WILL YOU DO ?
- Act as the recognized entry point of the Shipping Academy for network functions (CCIS, CMATH, Energy Business transformation, , etc.) within your area of responsibility.
- Build a strong network within business units to understand and anticipate skill development needs at all levels.
- Listen, analyze, challenge, and structure these needs in close collaboration with HRBPs in your scope.
- Draft specifications and launch calls for tender in partnership with Procurement, selecting providers in compliance with price/quality standards.
- Oversee training projects, ensuring proper design and production follow-up.
- With the support of instructional designers or external providers when needed, propose, design, and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop content such as trainer guides and participant materials.
- Create marketing materials for the solutions developed.
- Identify, assess, train, and manage a network of internal (occasional trainers) and external facilitators.
- Evaluate the impact of implemented learning solutions and continuously improve them.
- Ensure that career paths exist for each job family within your scope.

We offer you a full-time assignment within the Shipping Academy as a temporary replacement for a medical leave.
