Global Marketing Project Management Officer

YOUR ROLE
Oversee the management, structuring, and implementation of strategic marketing projects for the Sales & Marketing Department, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, high-quality deliverables, and visibility with top management.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
Customer partnerships & strategic programs (≈40%)
- Strategic partnerships / With Vertical Managers, engage the network, monitor the pipeline, industrialize the approach and governance, formalize feedback and success stories (top management, COMEX)
- Shipping & Group Executive Sponsorship Program / Annual review of 70 clients, appointment of sponsors, management of the annual campaign (launch, monitoring, review, and facilitation) in conjunction with CEVA, implementation of quarterly reviews with the sales community, and coordination of sponsor/client reviews (CMA CGM and CEVA Executive Committee & VP Lines)
Annual budget action plan (≈10%)
Management of the entire process: reverse planning, coordination of alignment workshops, particularly between lines and sales, formalization of results for the annual event (including +700 people) comprising strategies by market vertical and a consolidated view of the budget for the overall commercial scope (in coordination with Market Intelligence, VM, and Commercial Management), preparation and coaching for pitches.
Cross-functional marketing projects & global PMO (≈50%)
- Organization & structuring
- Map and engage marketing representatives across the network (regions, agencies, subsidiaries)
- Support the adoption of new marketing processes (support materials, FAQs, webinars)
- Design, produce, and facilitate the internal communication plan (recurring topics & hot topics) in coordination with operational marketing. Channels: SharePoint, MySociabble, internal newsletters, Teams, engagement meetings
- Events & public speaking
Organize (project management, RACI) and create content (talking points, presentation materials) for internal & external highlights:
- Internal events, such as seminars (e.g., 2025: CEVA, intermodal, RO)
- Speeches by CCO, VM at trade shows such as TPM, Xeneta
- Customer events: Decarb in Motion & other major events with visibility at the executive committee or n-1 level
