Reporting directly to the Shipping Lines Vice President, you will act as a key liaison between him and various internal and external stakeholders, both in France and internationally.
WHAT WILL YOU DO ?
- Manage the VP’s complex and evolving agenda and priorities in an international environment.
- Organize, coordinate, and prepare meetings: invitations, agendas, supporting documents, minutes, and summary notes (in English and French).
- Draft, design, and format files, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Organize national and international business trips: coordination with local contacts, preparation of logistics, itineraries, and all necessary documentation.
- Anticipate needs to ensure smooth and flawless planning of all travel and related business activities.
- Serve as an interface between the VP and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and professional representation.
- Attend certain meetings and produce clear and concise reports or action notes.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- Degree holder with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent command of IT and Microsoft Office tools.
- Highly organized, reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills, with a solid sense of service and confidentiality.
- Ability to propose solutions, work collaboratively, adapt quickly, and maintain strict discretion.
