Context & Mission: 

Within the Production Owners team, you are at the heart of innovation. Your mission is to transform practices by integrating generative AI to automate tasks and optimize the management of vision, roadmap, and product backlog, making teams more efficient and agile. You will also contribute to business initiatives aimed at transforming customer relationships by supporting Product Owners in defining, testing, and monitoring AI features. You act as a bridge between technical aspects and practical applications to establish sustainable practices within a large organization. 

Your Main Responsibilities :

AI Development: Design specialized AI agents and optimize complex prompts (chain-of-thought, RAG, etc.) for real product use cases. • Support & Training: Lead training sessions, create user guides, and simplify AI concepts for users with varying levels of expertise, primarily within digital product teams. • Innovation & Quality: Conduct research, test new tools (POC), and document best practices. 

Required Skills :

Technical: Proficiency in Prompt Engineering and the LLM ecosystem. Knowledge of Python, APIs, or agent frameworks is a plus. • Soft Skills: Excellent ability to simplify complex concepts, strong listening skills, initiative, rigor, and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally. • Profile: Master’s or Engineering School student (AI, Data, Innovation) with a strong interest in change management.

French / English fluent a must
