YOUR ROLE
As a Global Sales Performance Management Specialist, within the Commercial Department, you play a key role in supporting the commercial strategy for the Group's largest global customers and beyond.
You combine business analytics, strategic thinking and commercial insight to support Sales teams and Top Management in developing key customer relationships. A significant part of your role is dedicated to preparing executive-level customer briefing documents and strategic Customer Game Plans, transforming complex business data into actionable insights and compelling recommendations.
By analyzing customer performance, identifying growth opportunities, assessing market dynamics and consolidating business intelligence, you help shape account strategies and support commercial decision-making.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
Strategic Account Planning & Customer Game Plans
- Prepare comprehensive Customer Game Plans and executive customer briefing documents for the Group's largest global customers and beyond for top management. This is a core, time-intensive component of the position.
- Consolidate commercial performance, customer strategy, market intelligence, competitive landscape, network opportunities and key business insights into executive-ready materials.
- Ensure all customer materials are accurate, impactful, visually compelling and tailored to the audience.
Business Analysis & Commercial Performance
- Analyze commercial performance across portfolios, regions and strategic customers to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities.
- Produce business analyses, performance reports and dashboards for Sales teams and Executive Management.
- Monitor key commercial KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in budget exercises, target follow-up and business performance reviews, Comex and Codir preparation
Commercial Strategy & Business Development
- Support the Global Sales organization (Vertical manager and project manager)in analyzing customer industries, supply chains, competitive environments and market developments to strengthen commercial positioning.
- Translate complex analyses into clear commercial recommendations that support account growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Global Sales, Regional Sales teams, Vertical Managers, Finance, BI, CRM and Operations to ensure consistency of information and strategic alignment.
- Coordinate data collection and information sharing across multiple stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools, analytical frameworks and commercial support materials.
- Contribute to the continuous development and adoption of AI-driven commercial tools by identifying business needs, testing new functionalities and providing user feedback.
Executive Communication & Deliverables
- Develop high-quality executive presentations, reports and strategic materials for Top Management and customer engagements.
- Build structured, data-driven business stories highlighting key messages and commercial opportunities.
- Present analyses and recommendations to internal stakeholders when required.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- Master’s degree in business, International Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategic Account Management, Commercial Strategy and business development.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing executive-level customer preparation and sales strategy and account plans.
- Advanced expertise in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
