Group Compensation and Benefits Specialist

WHAT WILL YOU DO ?
Compensation Policy Management
-
Contribute to the design, implementation, and communication of the Group’s compensation policies.

Ensure transparency and compliance of practices, particularly with regard to CSRD requirements and internal governance standards.
Methodology and Governance

Act as the reference point for the Group Grading System (GGS – WTW): ensure consistency, maintenance, and support for HR teams.

Contribute to the facilitation of nomination committees and ensure consistency in decision-making.
Analysis and Benchmarking

Conduct compensation analyses (internal equity, market positioning, internal mobility).

Lead salary surveys and translate findings into operational recommendations.

Update salary grids and overall compensation structures.
Advisory Support to HR and Managers

Support HRBPs, managers, and Finance partners in compensation-related decisions.

Contribute to the preparation and management of annual review cycles (salary increases, bonuses, promotions).
Cross-Functional Total Rewards Projects

Participate in projects related to compensation and/or employee benefits (global grading, review processes, HR tools, reporting, etc.).
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
Education
-
Master’s degree (5-year degree) in Human Resources, Management, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
Experience
-
Recent graduate or 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, or in HR/Finance analysis.
Skills
-
Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Knowledge of compensation topics or strong interest in developing expertise in this area.

Proficiency in Excel and HR tools (Workday would be a plus).

Fluent English, both written and spoken.
