YOUR ROLE
The Product Owner for HR Digital Group is responsible for delivering product value by working with stakeholders from the Group & Entities to understand their needs/vision and managing a product backlog that aims to achieve the requirement.
The Product Owner is the go-to person for product information and ultimately represents the customer and stakeholder interests in the product to the delivery team. He/She has the authority and accountability for product recommendations & arbitrations on a day-to-day basis.
He/She drives the market watch on his/her products for the organization to identify opportunities in terms of innovation or market best practices.
The Product Owner communicates delivery progress, organizes product showcases, facilitates community sessions and manages priorities, scope, funding and schedule.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
- Getting the capacity to collect and synthesize best practices towards the company or the market.
- Managing proofs of concept to demonstrate the added value of new features.
- Representing stakeholder interests to improve business efficiency.
- Defining user stories and acceptance criteria, creating and curating the product backlog and taking an active part in customer testing.
- Articulating the product roadmap and coordinating releases and launches.
- Contributing to ongoing development and continuous improvement through feedback and input to achieve the most appropriate outcomes.
- Participating in support activities as third-level support (maximum 30% of activity), centralizing expertise.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
The successful candidate will exhibit in-depth knowledge and understanding of IT services and Product Management in complex organizations. He/She will need to demonstrate proven relationship management strengths, with clear evidence of an ability to build successful business partnerships and drive direction and effective product backlogs.
With no direct reports but a large emphasis on leadership, this role requires strong influencing skills and the ability to drive collaboration.
High-level communication ability is essential, with verbal, written and interpersonal skills integral to success in this role.
In addition, the successful applicant will possess:
- Strong analytical ability coupled with an innovative and creative thinking style and strong business and technology acumen.
- Degree from an Engineering School or University.
- Experience in cloud environments.
- Significant experience in HR Digital, ideally related to the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Fluent in English & French mandatory.
