Group Insurance Officer

YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Group’s Insurance Division, you will manage, monitor, and renew the insurance programs entrusted to you. You will play a key role in coordination, operational advisory, and technical expertise for the Group’s entities, in a demanding and evolving international context.
You will provide technical support to operational, financial, and project teams, occasionally assist claims teams with complex cases, and contribute to raising awareness among subsidiaries regarding insurance obligations and best practices.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Analyze the Group’s activities to adapt insurance coverage;
- Manage daily insurance policies and oversee RC (Civil Liability), Financial Lines, and Cyber programs;
- Monitor risks in collaboration with Risk Engineers and brokers;
- Assess values and implement local policies;
- Integrate new subsidiaries and sites into insurance programs;
- Coordinate internationally and harmonize guarantees;
- Review commercial contracts and adapt insurance programs accordingly;
- Participate in strategic projects;
- Prepare and negotiate policy renewals;
- Analyze terms, pricing, and implement the Group’s insurance strategy;
- Monitor technical performance of policies and provide corrective recommendations per entity.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Education: Master’s degree in Insurance, Business School, or equivalent;
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in broking, insurance companies, or corporate risk management;
- Specialization: Expertise in Civil Liability, Financial Lines, and Cyber insurance;
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of transport and logistics sectors;
- Technical Skills:
- Mastery of international insurance programs and integrated local policies;
- Proficiency in renewal processes, placement, and negotiation;
- Languages: Fluent English (daily exchanges);
- IT Skills: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, AI applications;
- Soft Skills:
- Commitment, rigor, responsiveness, organization, adaptability, dynamism;
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to persuade and negotiate;
- Team player, comfortable in multicultural environments;
- Project management skills, autonomy, and initiative-taking.
