YOUR ROLE

Support the development and animation of the TANGRAM Innovation ecosystem.
The Internal Communication Apprentice contributes to innovation and artificial intelligence knowledge sharing, internal communication activities, Design Sprint and event coordination, project valorization, and the deployment of an internal Innovation AI Agent, in line with the CMA CGM Group’s quality, collaboration, and performance standards.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

•    Contribute to the weekly animation of the TANGRAM Innovation community (Teams, SharePoint, newsletters).
•    Publish and maintain internal communication content: Trendscape, InnoInsights, replays, event announcements.
•    Track engagement KPIs and propose improvement actions.
•    Produce short, clear, and impactful written content.
•    Design visual materials: presentations, infographics, carousels, speaker kits.
•    Support the production and basic editing of video content (pitches, interviews, replays).
•    Format Design Sprint deliverables (syntheses, pitch decks, templates, checklists).
•    Coordinate Design Sprint logistics (planning, rooms, equipment, photo/video capture).
•    Organize monthly webinars with technology partners (Microsoft, Mistral AI, AWS…).
•    Support the organization of quarterly TANGRAM events (agenda, speakers, logistics).
•    Contribute to structuring and preparing content for the TANGRAM Innovation AI Agent.
•    Participate in AI Agent testing, use case scenarios, FAQ creation, and user feedback collection.
•    Contribute to continuous innovation and technology watch (AI, tech, startups).

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Required
•    Master’s level student (M1/M2 or equivalent) in innovation, communication, design, digital marketing, technology, business, or engineering.
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and strong proficiency in English.
•    Strong synthesis and content writing skills.
•    Ability to create engaging visual materials (PowerPoint, Canva, Figma…).
•    Strong interest in innovation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.
•    Good command of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
•    Organized, autonomous, able to manage multiple topics simultaneously.

Desirable
•    Interest or first experience with generative AI tools (text, image, video).
•    Interest in AI agent creation (Copilot Studio, Mistral AI).
•    Sensitivity to video formats (recording, basic editing).
•    Strong interpersonal skills and interest in community animation.
