Group Learning and Development Senior Specialist

YOUR ROLE
As a Talent Development Professional, you will drive the execution of learning and talent programs to deliver operational excellence and impactful employee development. You will act as a key player in Talent Management for your activity area, collaborating with business leaders and the Talent Development team to align initiatives with Group standards and foster a high-performance learning culture.
Your mission includes supervising teams when needed, ensuring seamless training logistics, and leveraging analytics to track progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Program Coordination & Delivery: Lead and coordinate talent development programs and initiatives for targeted populations.
- Talent Strategy Execution: Support people reviews, succession discussions, and talent committee meetings, ensuring data quality and action plan follow-up.
- Assessment & Analytics: Administer assessment tools, consolidate results, and translate insights into individual/group development actions.
- Learning Design: Contribute to the design and update of development pathways, learning journeys, and career resources.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain talent/learning data, build dashboards, and provide reports on participation, completion, and outcomes.
- Compliance & Collaboration: Ensure alignment with Group policies, and partner with HRBPs and business stakeholders to gather needs and promote programs.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance employee experience.
- Culture & Engagement: Support internal communication and actions to foster a culture of learning, inclusion, and development.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Experience: 6–8 years in Talent Development, HR Analytics, or HR Controls.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
