Group Learning and Development Specialist (M/F)

MISSION
You act as the orchestrator between Academy subject-matter experts (Shipping, Logistics, Group Functions), Tangram Learning, and external learning design partners to create impactful and effective learning solutions for Group employees.
WHAT WILL YOU DO ?
• Design engaging and high-impact learning solutions and experiences using diverse and innovative formats, in line with the Group’s visual identity.
• Advise Academy subject-matter experts in developing innovative and impactful learning pathways for learners.
• Assess training needs with business experts, evaluate relevance, and recommend effective formats, appropriate structures, and pedagogical scenarios.
• Manage the production of digital learning modules with partners in France and internationally.
• Ensure project follow-up and planning, including workload management, scheduling, and KPI tracking.
• Select and manage external vendors for innovative learning projects.
• Plan and execute regular communication initiatives across learning platforms.
• Continuously improve the learner experience by proposing and implementing corrective actions.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
• Higher education degree in Multimedia Instructional Design or equivalent, with at least 8 years of experience in designing and managing international learning projects.
• Experience managing multicultural projects (planning, timelines, deliverables).
• Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, teamwork, and collaborative mindset.
• Creative, adaptable, detail-oriented, with the ability to simplify complex content.
• Strong interest in innovative learning tools (video, AI-powered learning).
• Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate, Storyline, Canva, Powtoon) and desktop publishing / creative software (Illustrator, Premiere Rush).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
