Group Payroll and Human Resources Administration Professional

/!\ This is a fixed-term contract of 6 months to start beginning of June. It is 100% based in Marseille. 

 

ROLE
You will join the ARH/Payroll department (over 4,000 payslips per month), consisting of 7 payroll managers and reporting to the Head of Department.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will independently handle the following responsibilities:

  • Managing payroll from employee entry to exit for approximately 500 payslips,
  • Checking and validating payslips,
  • Preparing employment contracts and amendments,
  • Managing absences, leave, sickness, maternity, and working time,
  • Handling final settlements (STC), Pôle Emploi certificates, tracking daily social security benefits (IJSS), etc.,
  • Managing payroll charges and DSN (social declarations). Preparing for URSSAF audits.

These duties are not exhaustive, and you may be required to carry out additional or exceptional tasks.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3 equivalent) and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role,
  • Knowledge of one of the ADP GSI payroll systems (DGE – Decidium Grandes Entreprises) would be an advantage,
  • You enjoy teamwork and have experience handling a similar payroll volume,
  • Strong customer service skills (supporting HR Business Partners and employees), a sense of priorities, responsiveness, attention to detail, good organizational skills, and discretion in handling sensitive information are essential for this role,
  • Proficiency in office tools and French is required.
