THE ROLE

CMA CGM is undergoing a major transformation. Driven by sustained growth, ambitious diversification, and an ever-expanding global footprint, the Group tackles new strategic challenges every day, shaping the future of shipping, logistics, and beyond. To support this momentum, we are looking for highly organized, agile, and committed internal consultants who can bring strategic insight and deliver tangible impact alongside the Group's senior leadership.

As a member of CMA Conseil, you will contribute to high-profile strategic consulting engagements, working directly with the Group's executive leadership. You will operate in small project teams on assignments ranging from a few weeks to several months, across all business lines and geographies.

Projects include strategic reviews, operational performance assessments, geopolitical impact analyses, transformation initiatives, and M&A-related assignments, supporting all of the Group's businesses (Shipping, Logistics, Media, Air Cargo, Rail, etc.).

CMA Conseil plays a key role in supporting the Group's major transformation initiatives, including innovation, digitalization, artificial intelligence, decarbonization, diversification, and international expansion.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

• Deliver successful projects and high-quality outputs
• Partner with the Project Manager and other team members—or work independently when required—to ensure project delivery, maintain high-quality standards, and meet the Group's expectations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather key data and drive project progress.
• Conduct insightful analyses, contribute to executive reports, and present recommendations to senior leadership and their teams.
• Contribute to individual and team development
• Stay informed about industry trends to confidently engage in a wide range of strategic discussions.
• Apply best practices, tools, and innovative approaches whenever relevant.
• Support the development of team members by sharing knowledge and contributing to their growth.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Master's degree from a leading academic institution.
• At least 4 years of experience in a demanding international environment, working on strategic projects, ideally within a top-tier management consulting firm or the strategy department of a large multinational company.
• International mindset with exposure to multicultural environments.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to create value and develop practical, impactful solutions.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.
