Group Strategic Advisory Specialist / CMA Consulting

As a member of the CMA Conseil team, you will take part in internal strategic consulting assignments for the CEO. You will work in small teams on short- to long-term projects, covering all business sectors and geographic areas. Assignments include strategic reviews, operational efficiency assessments, geopolitical impact analyses, and more.
CMA Conseil’s missions include advising on and supporting the transformation of the Group.
This position represents an excellent springboard for ambitious profiles seeking to grow within the Group.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Ensure the success of projects and deliverables:

You collaborate with the project manager and other team members, or work independently, to ensure project progress and the quality of deliverables, while complying with Group standards.

You work cross-functionally to engage stakeholders and collect key data.

You provide insightful analyses, contribute to reports, and present your recommendations to the CEO.
Personal and collective development:

You stay up to date with industry trends in order to navigate a wide range of discussions effectively.

You apply best practices, tools, or innovative approaches when relevant.

You contribute to the upskilling and development of other team members.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Master’s degree from a top-tier academic institution
-
At least 4 years of experience in a demanding international environment, working on strategic projects, ideally within a top-tier consulting firm or a strategy division of a large corporation

Open-minded with international experience

Strong team spirit

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
