En tant que membre de l'équipe CMA Conseil, vous contribuerez à des missions de conseil stratégique à forte visibilité, directement au service du leadership du Groupe. Vous interviendrez au sein de petites équipes sur des projets de quelques semaines à plusieurs mois, couvrant l'ensemble des métiers et des zones géographiques du Groupe.

Les missions portent notamment sur des revues stratégiques, des évaluations de performance opérationnelle, des analyses d'impacts géopolitiques, des projets de transformation ou encore des opérations de croissance externe, au bénéfice de l'ensemble des entités du Groupe (Shipping, Logistique, Média, Aérien, Ferroviaire, etc.).
CMA Conseil accompagne les grandes transformations du Groupe : innovation, digitalisation, intelligence artificielle, décarbonation, diversification et expansion internationale.

Garantir la réussite des projets et des livrables :
• Vous coopérez avec le chef de projet et les autres membres de l’équipe, ou travaillez en totale autonomie, afin d’assurer l’avancement du projet et la qualité des livrables, tout en respectant les standards du Groupe.
• Vous travaillez en transversal pour mobiliser les parties prenantes et recueillir les données clés.
• Vous proposez et réalisez des analyses pertinentes, contribuez aux rapports et présentez vos recommandations au leadership & ses équipes.

• Vous vous tenez informé(e) des tendances du secteur afin de pouvoir naviguer aisément dans diverses discussions.
• Vous appliquez les meilleures pratiques, outils ou approches innovantes lorsque cela est pertinent.
• Vous contribuez à la montée en compétence des autres membres de l’équipe et à leur développement.
 
QUI RECHERCHONS NOUS ?
• Diplôme de niveau Master issu d’une institution académique de premier plan
• Minimum 4 ans d’expérience dans un environnement international exigeant, sur des projets stratégiques, idéalement en cabinet de conseil de premier rang ou dans une division stratégique de grand groupe
• Ouverture d’esprit et expérience à l’international
• Fort esprit d’équipe
• Excellentes compétences en organisation, avec un bon sens du détail
• Qualités de communication écrite et orale exceptionnelles, capacité à interagir à tous les niveaux de l’organisation

THE ROLE

CMA CGM is undergoing a major transformation. Driven by sustained growth, ambitious diversification, and an ever-expanding global footprint, the Group tackles new strategic challenges every day, shaping the future of shipping, logistics, and beyond. To support this momentum, we are looking for highly organized, agile, and committed internal consultants who can bring strategic insight and deliver tangible impact alongside the Group's senior leadership.

As a member of CMA Conseil, you will contribute to high-profile strategic consulting engagements, working directly with the Group's executive leadership. You will operate in small project teams on assignments ranging from a few weeks to several months, across all business lines and geographies.

Projects include strategic reviews, operational performance assessments, geopolitical impact analyses, transformation initiatives, and M&A-related assignments, supporting all of the Group's businesses (Shipping, Logistics, Media, Air Cargo, Rail, etc.).

CMA Conseil plays a key role in supporting the Group's major transformation initiatives, including innovation, digitalization, artificial intelligence, decarbonization, diversification, and international expansion.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

• Deliver successful projects and high-quality outputs
• Partner with the Project Manager and other team members—or work independently when required—to ensure project delivery, maintain high-quality standards, and meet the Group's expectations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather key data and drive project progress.
• Conduct insightful analyses, contribute to executive reports, and present recommendations to senior leadership and their teams.

• Stay informed about industry trends to confidently engage in a wide range of strategic discussions.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Master's degree from a leading academic institution.
• At least 4 years of experience in a demanding international environment, working on strategic projects, ideally within a top-tier management consulting firm or the strategy department of a large multinational company.
• International mindset with exposure to multicultural environments.

• Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
