IAM Service Line - Head of Control Tower

THE ROLE

Within Cybersecurity Department, IAM Service Line is in charge of designing global IAM framework (policies, processes and solutions) and running operations for the whole Group, to protect all user access and provide a seamless user experience throughout their digital journey.

We are taking care of specificities of each of our major businesses but are willing to offer common solutions and strong agility against permanent Merge & Acquisition challenges.

IAM Service Line is a set of IAM services provided by 3 products (IGA, PUAM and Authentication) and a coordination layer named “Control Tower” gathering 2 teams:

Advisory: for monitoring all IAM teams delivery, management of complex/transversal projects and being the design authority in charge of IAM patterns and standards

Governance and performance: for coordinating and reporting on key controls

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager in Risk and Control management, to be responsible for:

  • The definition and maintenance of risk coverage mapping provided by IAM Service Line Products,
  • The roadmap of control design and deployment to reduce IAM risk exposure, in line with Group and Division strategy and priorities,
  • The reinforcement of Service Line Governance, through:
  • Maintenance and evolution of reference documentation (policies, standards, etc.),
  • Improvement of internal and external reporting (KPI, KRI, CISO dashboard, COMEX indicators, etc.)
  • Coordination for the definition, follow-up and update of yearly IAM Service Line roadmap
  • The coordination of general awareness, promotion and communication for IAM Products and initiatives
  • The coordination of IAM Advisory team to ensure:
  • Efficiency and reliability of delivery for any initiative (demand, project, contribution) involving IAM teams,
  • Adequation of IAM technical patterns and standards, and their evolution whenever required.
  • Leading the Advisory teams and the Governance and Performance team,
  • The contribution to Service Line Product offer evolution and the related development roadmap, with a strong contribution and animation in the Service Line Leadership Team governance,
  • The change management to ensure appropriate awareness, training, communication with the various parties and their adhesion,
  • The coordination of all related teams and activities.
  • This role requires a strong culture in Risk Management to reflect in IAM Service Line strategy and roadmap relies on a pure risk-based approach and clear contribution of IAM day-to-day delivery for reducing overall risk exposure of the Group.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Take over “Control Tower” organization leadership and related teams,
  • Provide strong contribution for the definition of the strategy, priorities and roadmap of IAM Service Line,
  • Deliver and maintain risk exposure and control definition/deployment roadmap for IAM Service Line,
  • Steer the definition, deployment, performance assessment and improvement of key emblematic controls, as of today recertification and ORADAD, in the future those defined as such in IAM control roadmap,
  • Ensure the promotion of IAM Service Line Strategy and roadmap to the various audiences needing to know.

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

 

  • 8-10 years of proven successful experience 
  • Knowledge and/or experience in IAM space is a plus,
  • Knowledge and/or experience in Product Management in large scale organization is a plus,
  • Strong experience in Project Management
  • Strong experience in Sourcing spaces (vendor management, relationship with consultancy companies, etc.)
  • Agile savvy
  • Optimizes work processes

 

Non-technical skills :

  • Ability to communicate and negotiate in an international / multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a tense working environment, keeping a positive mindset and demonstrating a strong culture in risk management, priority definition and arbitration
  • “Service-oriented” person with skills in managing client relationships: requirements, delivery, quality of service…
  • Management of priorities and complex situations with multiple stakeholders while maintaining good relationships
  • Drives engagement
  • Fluent written & spoken English and French
