IT Functional Expert - Cargo Flow transformation

THE ROLE 

 

As part of the Global IT & Transformation Department, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

As an IT Functional Expert, you will be part of a team that is responsible for the digitalization of cargo flow processes.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Analyzing the requirement for workload estimation and solution design
  • Presenting the solution to peers for review and brainstorming
  • Helping with the user story definition
  • Validating Functional specifications
  • Performing validation testing of functional use cases, and technical requirements
  • Bugs investigation
  • Data definition and data analysis Ideal Candidate

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business management or any related discipline
  • Knowledge of Cargo Flow or prior experience in the shipping industry (a plus).
  • The ability to handle stress and adapt to agile work methodologies.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience as business analyst.
  • Business & results oriented with strong logical thinking, Problem solving skills
  • Experience working in a matrix environment within large international organizations.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work in a multicultural, team-oriented environment and engage stakeholders at various levels.
