You will join [department / team to be completed] in a hybrid role, between IT Project Manager and Forward Deployed Engineer. You will manage internal AI and automation projects run with international teams, in close coordination with the Data & Innovation team.

- Field immersion & needs analysis: You will work directly with end users on site to understand their operational pain points and turn them into technical solutions.
- Prototyping & deployment: You will design automation workflows to streamline operational processes. You will build, deploy and quickly iterate on prototypes in close contact with business stakeholders, and adapt solutions in production based on direct field feedback.
- Adoption & change management: You will bridge the gap between technical and operational teams so that solutions are adopted in real-world conditions.
- Market research & governance: You will lead market research and technology benchmarking to support digital innovation initiatives. You will also structure project data and prepare steering committee materials and sponsor briefings.
