IT Service Operations & Support Specialist

MISSION

We are seeking a versatile and experienced IT Infrastructure & Architecture Specialist to support the strategic alignment and technical coherence of our vessel and subsidiaries systems roadmap. This role will work closely within COE organization to ensure that all infrastructure and software components deployed across the fleet and subsidiaries are robust, scalable, and aligned with the company’s digitalization goals.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

Technical Roadmap Alignment:

Assist in defining and maintaining the technical roadmap for vessel IT systems.

Ensure consistency across architecture choices, infrastructure deployments, and software integrations.

 

Architecture & Solution Design:

Help in design and validation phases for infrastructure and middleware solutions for vessel operations.

 

Project Support & Coordination:

Support cross-functional teams in the deployment of vessel-related IT projects.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and operational readiness.

 

Infrastructure Oversight:

Participate in the setup and optimization of server environments, including cloud-hosted and on-premise systems.

Monitor and improve infrastructure performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability.

 

Documentation & Standards:

Draft technical specifications, architecture documents, and operational procedures.

Promote best practices in software development, infrastructure management, and system integration.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

10+ years of experience in IT architecture, infrastructure, and software development.

Experience in managing full-cycle software projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.

Demonstrated leadership

Familiarity with maritime or industrial IT environments is a strong plus.

Very good, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
