IT Supervisor - Digital Employee Experience

MISSION


Within the Workplace Department, you will lead the team responsible for the digital employee experience. This program aims to digitally transform our ways of working and drive the adoption of innovative tools across the CMA CGM Group.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?


You will manage a portfolio of structural projects across various Business Units: Facilities Management, Sales, Finance, HR, QSSE, GSI, etc. This includes implementing and deploying tools from the Microsoft ecosystem and AI development. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Digitalization of Business Unit Activities

Develop, integrate, or industrialize digital solutions for employees (e.g., implementing a crisis management tool, international deployment of a building management solution, etc.).
2. Leadership of Microsoft Solutions & Modern Workplace

Oversee and organize the Power Platform, in coordination with decentralized international development teams.
Design, develop, and govern Microsoft AI solutions, particularly the development of Copilot Studio agents by pro-developer teams to accelerate the transformation of the Group’s internal business processes.
Collaborate with Innovation teams to ensure alignment with the Group’s AI strategy.
3. Governance & Production Deployment

Facilitate Steering Committees (SteerCo), reporting, budget tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
Work closely with cybersecurity, architecture, and support teams to ensure compliance, security, and stability of deployments.
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met according to business needs.
4. Program & Team Management

Supervise a multidisciplinary team (external providers, internal employees) to ensure the quality of deliverables.
Organize the portfolio by department and capabilities, including roadmap and budget management.
Prepare regular reporting for management on your projects.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent, with a specialization in project management, IT, digital transformation, or artificial intelligence.
Proven experience in project management (10+ years).
Ability to thrive in an international and multicultural environment – fluent English is essential.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
Solid knowledge of innovative digital solutions and generative AI.
