IT Support Technician - VIP

ROLE
Provide daily high-level IT & audiovisual support to the Group’s VIPs and ensure flawless operation of strategic headquarters infrastructures (boardroom, meeting rooms, executive committee room), workstations, devices, as well as during major external events.
This role operates at the heart of an environment where reliability, availability, and quality of service are absolutely essential.
The position holder must ensure uncompromising service continuity, anticipate technological risks, secure every intervention, and embody the Group’s operational excellence.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
IT / Workplace Support:
- Provide on-site support (levels 1, 2 and 3) for the Group’s VIPs, covering headquarters and additional locations.
- Manage the IT fleet (Windows and Apple): configuration, deployment, maintenance.
- Work on mobile devices (tablets, smartphones).
- Participate in onboarding/offboarding: account creation follow-up, account and equipment setup, training/support, device handover and collection.
- Deploy and support the adoption of new hardware and software solutions.
- Write, maintain, and distribute technical procedures and user guides.
- Create, track, and close tickets in the ticketing tool (ServiceNow).
- Conduct first-level investigation and support on on-prem and cloud infrastructures used by VIPs.
Audiovisual & Meeting Rooms:
- Ensure daily operation and first/second-level support for audiovisual equipment at headquarters (auditorium, meeting rooms, major external events – hotel, reception halls) and branch locations.
- Prepare rooms before meetings/events: network checks, Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) environment tests, UC & AV monitoring tools setup, audio/video/network checks and live monitoring.
- Provide in-room and/or control-room support for audio, video, lighting, recording, etc.
- Operate and troubleshoot equipment such as: video switchers, matrices, audio processors, PTZ cameras, amplification systems, wireless microphones, etc.
- Participate in routine tests and proactive maintenance with the IT team.
- Contribute to the creation and update of audiovisual operation plans.
Communication:
- Demonstrate excellent spoken French and comfortable professional English (international stakeholders).
- Maintain impeccable behavior in VIP environments: rigor, confidentiality, clear and tailored communication, proper presentation.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 7 years of successful experience in operational support (including VIP support).
- Solid knowledge of professional audiovisual systems (video and audio signals, HDMI, NDI, broadcast formats).
- Strong understanding of network architectures (IP, VLAN, Wi-Fi, addressing, switching).
- Advanced knowledge of Windows and macOS environments (installation and troubleshooting), as well as workstation administration tools (Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, GPO, print servers).
- Experience with collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex).
- Strong teaching abilities for training users on IT and AV solutions.
- Clear and tailored communication with VIPs/Executive leadership, calm and professional demeanor.
- Excellent stress management: ability to handle any situation with organization, technical skills, and diplomacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English.
- Experience in a multinational corporate environment is recommended.
- Proven experience in a VIP context.
- Technological watch / continuous learning mindset.

- Streaming / live production experience (YouTube, Twitch, Vimeo).
- Expertise with the Apple ecosystem.
